Our Mission Statement:
*Our mission is to rescue and protect equine victims of neglect and abuse, and to re-home or provide a lifelong home for these horses. *To eliminate the practice of horse slaughter and to make the public aware of this practice; to remove as many horses as possible from the slaughter pipeline. *Help educate potential horse owners regarding how much time, money and effort is required to properly own and care for a horse with the intention of preventing many cases of neglect and abuse. |  Before and after pictures of Second Chance.
